We invite you to ring in the new year in Fugazzi-style luxury.

Choose between two tasting menus (see below), carefully curated by Chefs Max Sharrad and Ross Maxwell, with a selection of luxurious additional upgrades. With only limited spaces available, get into your group chat and book your tickets now.

On behalf of the entire Fugazzi family, we warmly thank you for your support over the past 12 months. We were thrilled to add the Fugazzi Basement to our offering this year; if you haven’t checked it out for your next private event, please let us know and we will give you a tour.

NYE Set Menus

Indulge Tasting Menu ($180pp)

Indulge in a five-course shared menu, with a caviar bump upon arrival.  Shared over five courses, starting from a raw course followed by snacks, pasta, and wood-grilled mains with sides. Then, finish the night with your choice of either dessert or cheese.

Deluxe Tasting Menu ($280pp) 

To commemorate the year in style, savour a glass of Champagne and bump of caviar upon arrival followed by a deluxe five-course shared menu.  Starting with a raw course, snacks, rock lobster pasta, and a main course with all the trimmings from 2GR Wagyu. Then, finish the night with both cheese and dessert. 

Fugazzi Basement Afterparty / Post-Dinner Celebration

Following your dinner, all guests will have exclusive access to the Fugazzi Basement Afterparty, held in our new private area. See in the new year with drinks and a live Jazz band from 8pm and a DJ till the early hours of the new year.

If you wish to join the afterparty without partaking in the dinner, walk-ins will be available pending capacity.
